This books follows the first book “Don’t Believe Everything You Think” by Joseph Nguyen. “In "Beyond Thoughts," The elegance and beauty of Joseph’s words takes us on an exploration of who we are beyond our minds, and beyond mental and emotional suffering.

It is a great book which drives home the concept of how much different life could be with simply changing how we think. It is full of wonderful reflections, and wisdom. The book will guide you to healing through thought provoking poetry. The book is absolutely lovely and inspiring.

I would rate this book at a 10 out of 10. It is a quick read with short and powerful writings; this book is filled with many excellent reminders we can reflect upon.
